We are currently working on the Digital Gov't Quality Graphics grant from the NSF, along with teams led by Dr. Alan MacEachren and Dr. Daniel Carr. A copy of our demo, which is an arcview 3.2 project file with supporting files (a small database and a DLL), is available at our ftp site. ftp://ftp.stat.rice.edu/pub/blairc/GIS.
