Current M.Stat Course Curriculum Planning for the Bioinformatics, Statistical Genetics, and Biostatistics Option

Bioinformatics, Statistical Genetics, and Biostatistics - These are the Rice course offerings

There are Inter-institutional Arrangements with the Houston Medical Center organizations with which you might avail yourself. These include Baylor College of Medicine, University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), M.D. Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC) and UT Health. You will need to complete the "Inter-Institutional Course Registration Form" available from the Registrar's Office, and manage your schedule carefully.

Courses are available in Bayesian Data Analysis, Environmental Science, Epidemiology, Survival Analysis, Introduction to Biostatistics and Clinical Trials, Statistical Methods in Bioinformatics, Introduction to Bioinformatics, Longitudinal Data Analysis, Analysis of Microarray Data, Topics in Clinical Trials. Some schools offer online courses.
