The competition is open to all undergraduate and graduate students and alumni of the sponsoring and affiliated universities in the Houston area. If you are not currently a student and wish to participate, please contact the competition coordinator to discuss eligibility on a case-by-case basis. At least one member of your team must be a Rice students/alumni.
