I am currently a graduate student at the University of Texas Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences working on my Ph.D. in Biostatistics. My research interests include survival analysis, and clinical trials. I am currently working with Dr. Guosheng Yin from MD Anderson Cancer Research Center on a rotation dealing with clinical trials. I had the pleasure to work with a great advisor, and an excellent group of students. The program definitely helped me get an insight into graduate school. The best thing about RUSIS is that one gets the opportunity to collaborate with different students, some which are of different disciplines, and although sometimes it is not always easy to do so, it is always a great experience. Overall, the program has provided me the knowledge, and experience that are demanded in research.
