My name is Sofia Velazquez, and I am about to begin my final year at Harvard College.  If all goes well, I will be graduating with a degree in Statistics and much wiser than when I first arrived there. I was born in Mexico, but have lived in Edinburg, TX for the majority of my life.  Since the fourth grade, my favorite books have been Harry Potter (I even wrote my college essay about them!).  I thoroughly enjoy reading, singing, and a good thunderstorm.
