Torey is entering his fourth and final year at StMU pursuing a degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science. Torey is a first generation college student with 5 brothers and sisters from Richwood, TX. Aside from studying Math, Torey is well involved in different aspects of college life. Currently Torey is President of the St. Mary’s Society of Mathematicians, and Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity (St. Mary’s  chapter ) and a member of St. Mary’s Marianist Leadership program. Before college, Torey played baseball and various other sports and still plays basketball and participates in  other physical activities as a hobby. After earning his undergraduate degree, Torey plans on pursing his Ph. D in Applied Mathematics.
