A research group coordinated by Dr. Vannucci meets weekly during Spring and Fall semesters. Current main topics of research include:

  • Bayesian methods for variable selection in nonlinear models
  • Wavelet-based methods for functional data
  • Bayesian methods for gene-pathways selection
  • Nonparametric Bayes methods
  • Approaches to independent component analysis
