Notes on the data:

1.  All entries represent one house sale (not just a listing)
2.  The data source did not list the data of sale until the
    more recent months.  Thus the data of listing should be used.
3.  The fact that the same address sold multiple times is not
    to be taken as duplicate data or an error, rather, many
    highrises show a common address when a condo sells.
