Lee ms: tell him that his ms has been superceded by another more general ms?? (when we sent out the invitations we didn't know exactly what kind of papers to expect, etc)
  -- DG: Lee/Kooperberg - read carefully; is there any comparison in Lee??  Any way they can tighten it up/improve

Kendziorski - RG has reviewed, ms is a fairly detailed review (but most details in 2004 paper)
  -- DG: check ms and 2004 paper, acceptable level of information??  more details??  at least give some idea of the steps of implementing their method, nothing said about their Gibbs sampler (what is the dist they are sampling from)
