Rudy - Lewis - don't remember if I told you before but the paper is very well-written, I just fixed a few typos and a couple of minor grammar things. Most of my time on this has been fixing the latex......the software conversion was pretty good but not perfect :( And I had to make the bib file too. One thing: the web site she gives in the ms has been updated. I changed the url in the ms to the new one. The program also appears to be available on windows, mac and unix/linux (the ms just says windows and unix), so I have updated that info in the ms as well - maybe we ought to confirm with her that these changes are ok?? One other thing: all sectioning in the msword version is at the same level, so I had to do some guessing as to subsectioning. I erred on the side of keeping separate sections, but this might be looked over again. I left a *** at a place where there is some reference to 'other chapters in this book'. Should this be more specific? How to reference them? ------------------------------- some more general questions: American English only, or is British English also ok (ie, want to standardize whole book or not) References to other chapters any last-second Updates on references bib style citet/citep number of studies (notation): should it be up to individual author how to denote this, or do you want to try for the same variable name throughout? (this could cause problems down the line if some authors use the 'preferred' study number name as the name of a different variable)
