Interchange of Differentiation and Integration.

The result on interchange of derivative and integral given in the text (beginning on the bottom of P. 19 and ending with equation (1.4.17), p. 20) is rather ``lowbrow.'' We state here one in the context of general measure theory. It allows much more than the interchange of a dervitive with a Riemann integral - e.g. the interchange of a derivative with an infinite sum.
