  R R is a free software environment for statistical computing and graphics. It compiles and runs on a wide variety of UNIX platforms, Windows and MacOS. It also come in 64 bit builds.
  
  RegressIT! Finally, an intelligent replacement for Excel's statistical toolbox, at least for the General Linear Model. RegressItLogistic is an enhancement of RegressItPC that includes logistic as well as linear regression. The logistic procedure produces highly interactive table and chart output and it can perform out-of-sample testing. It can fit logistic models with up to 16K rows of data. Larger logistic regression models can be fitted via the R interface. Both Windows and MAC versions are available.
